"It went very well! Joe arrived promptly and I explained what was needed and soon he was joined by Tony. They dug very neatly to expose the water leak and repaired the pipe, taking great care to refill the exposed area. They then spread new grass seed before covering the area with straw. Joe then listened while I explained another potential problem, saying he would mention it in the office and I would get a quote for that also.
