"Technician arrived ahead of time after giving me a curtesy call. Listened to my explanation carefully then did a thorough inspection. It was clear after he opened up the outside unit what was wrong. Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary.
