"Juan Ortiz did a great job. He first tried to get the original system up and running and did . He gave me suggestions about continuing to keep the old system running. As I did the math, my old system was not efficient, nor could it supply the demand to regulate temperatures in my home. Juan fabricated, and quoted me very reasonably and stayed within budget and a little under due to his time less than expected. Very honest trustworthy. Juan Communicated very well as he found more issues the further he dug in to my ductwork. He address them and was very reasonable with his price due to him already being there on the job. Juan noticed other leaks in my plumbing, addressed them with me and fix them as he worked.I would definitely recommend J&R cooling."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"I replaced a shower & sink faucet. I called for an estimate & was told they would need to see the project to give a price. Was NOT told an estimate was $49 until the tech asked for payment. That should have been stated up front. The work was VERY expensive & there were complicating factors, but subsequent research showed I overpaid significantly. I was also strongly discouraged from using a faucet I provided, as they wanted to sell me on of theirs, (which of course would benefit them.) I would recommend this provider with reservations . The work was done properly & on time, but the prices are well above normal for this area."
