He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad.
