"Andre’ replaced the worn out fixture in my main toilet that was causing the water to run non stop. He removed the 35+ year old basement toilet and replaced with a new one and balanced it. He did an excellent job. Both toilets run well. He also cleaned up after he was done."

"We were replacing an electric range with a gas range and there was no gas supply at the location. Normally I would perform my own plumbing work, but because of varioius obstructions, it was beyond my capabilities. They showed up to perform the work on time and installed a flexible gas pipe in less than 40 minutes. I converted the range from natural gas to LP gas and plumbed it in to the new supply pipe and it is working beautifully."

"GREAT! Brock Mechanical's team was timely, professional and polite. They worked hard over three days and rerouted our pipes around a deck, pavers and roots of a large Weeping Cherry tree. I can't recommend them enough."

"The CSR team did great work. After my original contractors mistakes lead to a shower stall leak and mold growth, CSR was able to correct everything in about a month. I also appreciated them cleaning after every work day."

"The team did a great job on the initial job of replacing a hose bib to a frost free hose bib that I asked them back to replace a broken pipe and old cheap plumbing with all new PEX to future proof some potential problems."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Highland, MI

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
