They not only provided us with the name of the person, Will, coming out to provide recommendations and a quote for a new air conditioner, but they also provide us with a small bio on his history with the business as well as the industry, which we thought nice touch. When Will came out to give us an estimate he walked both my husband and I through the various options and provided a good, better, best ranking. Will had a family emergency the day of the install, but he had Rich come in his place and made sure that he was up to speed on our needs so it was seamless transition the day of the install. Rich, Cosmin, and Linas were nothing but professional and easy going. I was put right at ease as they walked me through the different elements they were going to change for us. Cosmin and Linas jumped right into the project. When it came to the install of the unit it was slightly bigger than our old one, so they had me come out to make sure it was placed where I wanted it. They gave me additional insight as to why it would be better to place it a few more inches away from the house to be able to access it for maintenance, which I appreciated as I wouldn't have known to do that. When the job was finished Cosmin and Linus made sure to walk me through everything that was changed, explained how often to have it cleaned and left all to documents need for the unit in a packet for easy reference. My husband and I would highly recommend Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning (especially Will, Rich, Cosmin, and Linas) and they would be the first ones we call should we have additional heating and air conditioning needs."

"Everything went great from the estimate with Ed to the installation with Wesley and Matt. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was not an easy installation. I was very pleased with the result. They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. Previously, there was electric heat on the second floor. Other companies balked at giving me a solution for gas but they had no problem running the line upstairs. Goodby high electric bills!"

"Review- 17 Jan 2020 Greetings. I am a new customer and I recently had my heating and air conditioning replaced by 4 Seasons. The initial inspection (done by Juan) indicated that our heat exchanged was burnt out and I was advised to have the unit replaced. We moved forward with the finance company and qualified for a loan to have a new heating and cooling system put in place. I was surprised to learn that the installation was going to be done that same day. The techs (Ronald and Fernando) were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their craftmanship. They explained how the new system would work and showed me where the new gas line and shut off valve were located and also advised me on my water heater pilot light and how to relight the water heater if I ever needed too. The last tech (Randy) showed up to complete an inspection of the work the installation techs completed. He indicated they completed the work without any concerns and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns and advised me of the warranty and how important it was keeping the system clean each year to keep the warranty valid and in place for the next five years.
