"The experience was great from start to finish. I sent an email to Flooring Solutions and David contacted me the same day to arrange for a quote. The next day he showed up on time to measure and answer all of our questions, even going the extra mile to provide us with a final written quote before leaving. Work started on time and on the agreed upon date. The removal of the old flooring was carried out quickly and efficiently taking the time to mask off areas during the old tile removal to keep dust to a minimum. Nothing was damaged during the removal process and there was no trace of the debris they hauled away. They worked tirelessly every day until the project was complete, showing up every day when they said they would and communicated with us daily on the progress. "I accidentally drove my car through the wall of the garage. Mr. Brent Hill responded quickly to my call. He came at a time that was convenient for me. The job required more than one visit to complete the final painting. When finished, I could not tell where the repair had been done. The work blended in perfectly with the original. Mr. Hill cleaned up the area and moved everything back into place. The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, was done efficiently, and professionally."

"The construction of the garage frame and cement was swift, but attention to detail was lacking. He didnt prime the wood of the siding. window installed without any flashing. He didn't clarify some details and just made decisions without asking. That would have saved a lot of arguing and hassle for both parties.

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
