They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. Within 30 minutes of entering the troubleticket online I got a call from Butch at Bell Cow (this is on a Saturday, which is miraculous). Butch came out within the hour and QUICKLY repaired my outside unit which had a failed fan motor and a problem with the electrical connection box. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting a call until Monday and figured I would have to miss work during the week for an appointment, but Butch pulled through same-day. As far as service calls go, Butch was professional, friendly, and thorough. To top it off, he called me later in the evening to make sure the unit was still running properly (great follow up!).
