"Brian responded promptly, was professional and courteous. He came right away to do an assessment and returned within a few days to install a new water softener system. He presented me with a lower cost option that could have been done same day but I chose to replace a 17 year old system with a new system that is more accurate (better monitors water use) and less costly to operate because it uses less salt. He performed several preventative maintenance updates: re-piped and plumbed in a new particulate cartridge, cleaned the screen on the radon system and replaced the solenoids, all within the cost of what other companies quoted for only the water softener replacement. The new radon remediation system (Bubble Up) has the added benefit of boosting the fixture pressure in the house to city level or better (60-75psi) as well as completely resolving the pH level of the water.
The cost was slightly lower than the other two quotes we received, partially due to the fact that Absolute offered a "multi-system" discount since two systems were going in at the same time.
