"We've used Anthony for several years and have been a part of the ASAP program. The previous year was ok. The tech's came out on time, tuned up the A/c and furnace and suggested minor repairs which we agreed to. Once a plumber was needed to repair a broken sink sprayer and leaking pipe. He fixed the pipe and a very high cost despite our ASAP "discount". He couldn't figure out the sprayer and I ended up doing it myself before he had drven away. At our most recent A/c "tune-up" the technician almost immediately rattled off massive repairs that were needed that totaled over $5k. He had not looked at the unit for more than 5 minutes. So I had him get me some quotes on a new unit. These quotes came in nearly twice as much for the A/c only compared to 3 other bids from known/reputable companies that included the a/c and furnace. Additionally, the size of the A/c quoted by Anthony was far larger than the other 3 recommended for our house and larger than any other A/c in the neighborhood. I was satisfied with Anthony up until this most recent episode. I can no longer trust them. One comment about the ASAP program. It virtually saves you no money and does not get you faster service in any way."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Jason was at my home within 1.5 hours after I called for the repair. He was very thorough--starting with the least expensive option of checking to make sure the thermostat was working correctly and then moving through a specific problem analysis to determine the cause of the AC failure. Although my AC was 12 years old, Jason determined the problem, provided an estimate for the repair and completed the job with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. He was probably on site for only 30-45 minutes and had the AC up and running. He also provided an analysis of my system, letting me know that the remaining expected lifetime, potential next repair, and answering all of my questions. It is obvious that customer service is priority #1 for Jason. I can highly recommend this company and will recommend to the people I know."

The usual person that does them was not available. When they did my sofa it had a chest in front of it and when that chest was moved to a new house I noticed that the skirt on the back of the sofa was shrunk or wrinkled. It did not fit as well as it should have. If I had noticed this upfront I would have said something at the time. It was more than I generally contracted because I added the upstairs and sofa.  I have another Angie's List coupon available, but I would only use the person who originally came the previous two times.

"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
