"Larry was great. I walked him through what work I wanted done and he provided three proposals. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the result. The only thing that I think could be improved is the process of the consultation. I originally found Larry's company via Angi. When I contacted him to come out for the consultation, there was no mention of a fee. Even though he eventually waived the fee when the job was completed, the failure to mention that seemed like an oversight."

"I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. I was well pleased with the service and the professionalism that was provided. Thanks for coming through for me in a pinch."
