"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. "Hector and Anton are awesome professionals. Originally called just to evaluate the efficiency of our heating system. We have oil heat and there aren't that many pros in our area to hire. Hector came to the home and spent time explaining everything in detail of what would be included in his service. He also took the time ( was here for about an hour) to answer and figure out some other questions I had. Mind you this was free of charge for the initial inspection. He recommended a thorough cleaning and inspection. He was not pushy or try to "sell" me on anything. When I called about a month later to hire while hector was unable to do the job that day his colleague and partner Anton provided the same level of service and experienced with hector. He walked me through everything he did and gave a detailed recommendation for next steps. I was blown away by his attention to detail and patience. Additionally asking Anton about pricing for needed upgrades he was patient enough to discuss options. We have a central AC unit that can be used as a furnace. He took the time to inspect and explain what needed to be done and potential pricing for such a job. Outstanding professionals. Would without a doubt recommend VIP. Certainly recommend to anyone with oil heat and other Hvac concerns."

Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. "Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost.
