"Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. I then received a call and technicians were en route. Two men arrived and efficiently and professionally addressed my problem in short order. I came to find out at the end of the appointment that one of the gentleman was actually the owner who understood our plight and came out himself as there were no additional available workers.
