They literally came THE NEXT DAY and did the entire install - remove old unit, rework the ducting, install an air cleaner, dress the wiring - all in one day! The job was done with expert quality - no loose wires or hoses lying around, everything square - and they even came back a few days later to make sure the sump pump and humidifier wire working correctly. finally, they called me a week after that, to make sure I got the Peoples Gas rebate paperwork together! I'd recommend them to anyone!"

Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"Jon showed up at 7:00 am on the dot, exactly 2 days after his initial visit to install my new 2 stage carrier furnace. The price included the materials to raise the unit, the necessary metal work for the ducts, and a new thermostat. The people who installed the first thermostat installed an incorrect one not suited for a 2 stage furnace. He removed and disposed of the old furnace and installed the new one without incident. Jon took the time to walk me through the use of a programmable thermostat and where to place the filters. My basement was left immaculate."
