Maybe more. Although they advertise service calls they told us tonight when we have no heat at all 10?out, Answering service after consulting with the manager told us no night time service calls. "

When I called the manufacturer of my heating system to inquire as to how much the replaced valve would cost they said that my system didn't even have such a valve, and then gasped loudly at how much E&M was charging me for it. Had to call and argue with their billing department (self-righteous and rude) for inconsistencies in the bill both times. It's a shady business. I'll never hire them again."
