Ramiro, the service man, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He performed the maintenance work and explained each step of the process to me. Ramiro also recommended some changes to the thermostat settings which he programmed with my approval. Overall, i was very pleased and i will have Shavitz do the annual maintenance of the fan coil and AC unit."

It had been going on for a few days but it was getting louder so I wanted them to come in the next few days. I asked if they could come the same day and they made me the last appointment of the day, When I called to set up the service instead of a service call, Steve told me to get a furnace cleaning and they would actually do some work while the tech was there and told me about the Angie's List discount. The tech came was very thorough. told me the noise was related to the humidifier so once we turned it off, the noise stopped. I need a new humidifier and he stated that his office would call me with a quote. He then cleaned the furnace. I was his last appointment of the day and he was very pleasant to be his last job."
