The day we closed on our house we had Mad City come out for a quote to replace 2 windows and our sliding door. The sales guy even check another window that needed a repair and seen it to had dry rot. We talked and were able to come to an agreement on price and installation date. They had the windows in the time frame quoted. You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"When I called Hal Morris (owner of the company) he came out immediately to give us an estimate. I went over what needed to be done and we talked about the kind of wood that Hal felt would be best. Hal was honest about his work schedule (can't work in the rain) and set the date that he could start. Hal worked with two other men. They worked very hard for the first day. They had to tear out the old fencing and gates and dig holes for the new posts. They had to do a little gardening as well (removing weeds) to clear a place for the new posts and fencing. When the cement was poured for the posts, Hal also let me know that they would give it at least 72 hours to set up before continuing the job. He was back when he said he would be. Hal also suggested we use a certain design for the fencing, which we did and it looks great. The new gates took a little adjustment since they were a little different than I thought they would be but I think Hal's design for them is very nice. After the job was done in a timely fashion, I called Hal to ask if he could lower the bottom of one of the gates so our grand dog wouldn't get out. I also called to report that the spring system on one of the gates did not seem to be working even though it was working fine when the job was originally finished. Hal called to say he would get there as soon as possible. Hal was working on other jobs and there was a lot of rain this Summer but he returned fairly quickly in response to the adjustments I needed. He fixed both! Hal is fairly easy to work with and has suggestions for what he thinks needs to be done and what will work best. He educated me in the various kinds of woods that could be used for the job and which would be the best for our purposes. I will be watching our fencing and our next door neighbors to see whose lasts the longest.......I think ours will. Thanks Hal"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
