"My tenants contacted this company to fix their ac when they couldn’t reach me. they set an appointment for the following day. i contacted them to let them know i own this home and i needed their workman to contact me with a quote prior to repairing anything. they didn’t contact me. they then sent an invoice that is 1/3 higher and there other companies i called for quotes. i don’t give ANYONE a blank check to fix something. i ALWAYS ask for a quote. who in their right mind would do this. when i complained to them they threatened to go onto my property without permission to remove the parts they installed! then they proceeded to contact my tenants and threaten them on several occasions!!!! these people are criminals in my opinion. i would recommend that NOONE HIRES THIS COMPANY!!! their doors should be closed."
