Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. "It is really too early to say anything about them.  I can say that they have been really nice, helpful, and courteous.  They showed up on time and called me before hand so that I could put my dogs inside and so forth.  I do not know the difference in my yard yet because it has only been a short while.  They have an initial service which is priced higher and then I have to pay a fee every other month.  Their price is very comparable; I was real thrilled with the price.  It was a very good price and they were willing to do my front and back yard for less than everybody else.  So far I have been real happy with them."
