"Went fine. Was irritated that the representative completely unlocked the front door, sealed it up behind plastic so I couldn't easily see it, and left it unlocked and even left the outer screen door open/unlocked. If I hadn't consciously opened the plastic containment and checked, my house would have been completely unlocked and vulnerable to burglary."

"They cleaned up the water and wet carpet"

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"The team did a great job with attention to detail that has been hard to find in a cleaning service. I definitely recommend Brilliantly Bright Cleaning!"

"Dry Air responded immediately, did exactly what they said they would do (within the time-frame promised), and followed through to make sure work was complete. Employees are professional, friendly and careful not to create any more mess than is necessary when removing paneling, floor tiles and dry wall."

"We have hired this company twice, once to clean mattresses that had been in storage and the second time to clean all the carpeting in our house. Both times were excellent experiences. Very polite, punctual and outstanding results. We paid about $250 for one king mattress and one queen matress plus the box springs to be cleaned and about $500 for about 1800 square feet of carpet plus a rug and a flight of stairs to be cleaned."

"The project went very well. Work started as soon as the city inspector signed off on the permit, and was completed on time. At the end of each day Five Star left the site clean and orderly. They encountered some unexpected hidden problems which they resolved without adding any extra costs to our bill. Paul and Kelly were pleasant to deal with at all times, and we will gladly recommend them. They did quality work, on schedule, and on budget."
