Ron walked me through the issues and options and answered extensive questions.. I also needed a hot tub cover so took the measurements and ordered in for me. As soon as the new motor and blower came in (yeah, I had a big problem) he called and completed the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. The old adage that you get what you pay.... when Ron leaves you know that you paid for a repair that was done right and you were treated with utmost respect. Ron is a professional who still puts the customer in customer service. Not only do I have a hot tub that is like new, I have the confidence that it is fixed correctly and if there is an issue he will make it right.
