"I'm a Realtor and I hired Mike to install wall paper in my bath and paint walls and ceilings in my home. He did excellent work including cathedral ceilings in foyer and master bedroom; he worked with a critical eye; patching settlement cracks and nail pops as well. He arrived on time and was super neat and clean. Another contractor damaged the bathroom wall AFTER the wallpaper had been put up. I asked Mike back to fix it. Not only did he fix the patch job that the contractor did because he felt it was not done good enough, but he did not charge us for his work! He said he wanted us to be happy with the work AND it was not his fault we had to have him back. We insisted on paying him for it, but had to guess how much to give him because he didn't want us to pay. "I was satisfied, but I'm getting some peeling already and it hasn't been a month. I took time out of work for health reasons for my mother. The second week I had to have the condominuim I live in painted. I was informed on Tuesday or Wednesday that they don't work on weekends. I was very disappointed and had to basically put my foot down until they felt guilty, and I had them come on Saturday. Then they asked for a little tip, I did give it. I wasn't going to say anything, but he asked me to rate him. I went in the bathroom last night, and the paint was chipping already. I am disappointed. Some of the doors, when I opened them they chipped. I'm like you've got to be kidding me. The heater board, I got to take a nicer cut. He painted it so that the paint can have a nicer texture on it. He seemed knowledgeable."
