Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"John Adams has done a lot of work for me. He is very versatile. I have used him for plumbing, painting, decks and flooring work. He is probably one of the best painters I have ever seen. He has done irrigation work for me and has repaired it. I have used him for roofing. He has built structures for me. He has done some repairs outside the house. We had boring bees and he has fixed all those, repaired the wood and got rid of the bees. He has built pergolas and greenhouses. We had an irrigation problem for our outside sprinklers for probably two years and we couldn’t get anybody to come out and he fixed it within a few days. He builds fences and walls. He is the best. He charges hourly and charges by the job also. He is coming again today but he is here at least once a week. He does work by himself. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future."

"When I knew I had a problem with the sink I looked online for a drain cleaning and or rooter service and I haven't had much luck with franchised businesses so I wanted a local business so I came across cape fear rooter. I called and spoke to a very nice lady about my problem and also asked if they could replace spikets as well. David, the man with cape fear rooter came out almost immediately. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the clogg and didn't stop until the clogg was cleared. He even washed a couple dirty dishes for me I had left in the sink. After he finished the sink he then went outside and replaced the spiket with a new one. He cleaned up all of his work area and showed me what he had done to fix my problems. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
