Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. "Installation crew on time and discussed exactly what the estimator said was going to happen.  Crews encountered water in two locations next to the failed pier but got their pipe columns into bedrock.  Very professional and pleasant to deal with.  They slowly jacked up the house and we watched the cracks in the walls close up.  Personnel were in the house monitoring all the floor elevations and directed the crew below on which jack to run.  I repaired the wall cracks the next day and here a week and half later no new cracks. <br />"

"I'm not happy with the work. In my opinion, their work was substandard. It was not at industry standards. Joists spanned 14 feet with no support under them. He was willing to put screw jacks under two of them for $350. Screw jacks cost about $60 and aren't legal. It wouldn't pass inspection if I tried to sell the house. They weren't going to get a building permit since it was such a small job. There's nothing I can do without getting an inspector come in and say it isn't right. I called them back once. The shower they put in has no decent support under it. The tiles are popping. It's flexing that much. They came in and fixed it. It started doing it again. After that, they told me that they weren't coming back. They kind of did what the contract said but they didn't do to industry standards. It wasn't done properly, even though they swore it was. They opened it up and found black mold. They charged me extra to get rid of it. I did pay to get that done. He was trying to nickel and dime me. I'm not pleased with the work or the company. The room looks great but I'm going to have to get somebody to put supports underneath it. I told even remember them tying the joists together. You walk on the floor, it springs underneath you. That's how bad it is."

"My building turned out better than I could imagine. Vince was a true visionary and provided helpful suggestions as to the windows, floor plan and even wood trim. I incorporated all of his suggestions and they made a big difference to the over all appeal and trendy look of the boutique that I was trying to achieve. He is very easy to work with and despite my Type-A perfectionistic personality and he was very patient with me and professional. He made the entire process so easy. After the construction was complete on the building I was approached on several occasions by others inquiring about availability for their business. It was a great feeling considering the poor shape the building was in prior to the construction. Best suggestion is to get Elite Construction involved early in your project.
