Which is definitely unexceptable. They probably shouldn't tell a customer that it will be 2 weeks when they know it wont be. We didn't get upset or mad gave them an okay review with American Family then we get a bill which was fine we owed the money but we decided to repay the favor and do business like they do. We were going to make them wait 60 days to get paid like they made us wait 2months to get someone out here to do the work. We received a letter Saturday stating that they were going to put a lien on our home and turn us in saying we committed fraud. They should treat their customers they way they want to be treated. I will NEVER use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone PERIOD!
