"Central a/c service plan work"

"Never felt any pressure to buy a service or product I didn't need. They actually listened and spent time talking about options and a plan to get me through the summer and then discuss replacement options. I felt good about them from the very first call. That's how you do customer service!"

"Tech was great, professional, performed work well. My complaints: I paid for a voucher on Angie's List and didn't receive a call for almost 2-3 weeks. I had to phone in to get service. Then the pricing seemed high for a toilet repair kit replacement - $165."

"

He checked out our 11 year old washer and told us it was better/cheaper to replace the washer than repair it because the parts would be refurbished and take lots of time to get.  In addition he said that other parts would probably break down in the near future because of the age of the washer.  What honesty.  I highly recommend Next Service.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Daniel was my main contact, and I was very pleased with his overall communication. Daniel was responsive to my questions, and never changed any provided information, quote info., or did I ever feel he cut any corners with our project. Our quote was more than competitive that we were going to postpone a Garage mini-split installation. We asked for a quote to add the mini-split to existing quote, and were more than happy to award the both projects to JDR A/C & Heating. Daniel was not part of the team that installed our Central A/C & Mini-split, but his team of 3 were up to the task. Daniel return a day later to QC the entire project, for our approval, and payment. That's right... no up front costs until they were done. We're thrilled with both our new systems. Thank you JDR A/C & Heating."
