He checked out our 11 year old washer and told us it was better/cheaper to replace the washer than repair it because the parts would be refurbished and take lots of time to get.  In addition he said that other parts would probably break down in the near future because of the age of the washer.  What honesty.  I highly recommend Next Service.

"My central AC unit went out. I called four different AC companies. Three were call centers that just made appointments. I talked to one technician but could not come out until five days away maybe. I called La Verge Air and talked to a technician. Said it would be later tonight and gave me a two hour window. Said it would be $69 unless a repair was made. I was kind of hesitant because of the cost at first. I decided to have him come out anyway. Very glad I did because he did show up at 8:30 at night. I was surprised that they work that late. Tony went right to the problem and turned the blower wheel by hand. Sure enough the blower motor was shot. He found out how much a new one cost quick on his phone. Nice! He told me the OEM price then said he might be able to get an aftermarket motor for less cost. I said yes go with the lesser cost one and same or close quality. He text me the next day and told me he found one and told me the price. I agreed with the price. He showed up later the same day that he texted and replaced the motor. The AC worked! I was surprised it still worked. Tony checked the outside compressor. He found two items that needed to be done. I put them off for later. La Verde Air did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing my air conditioner! I would highly recommend them. Much lower prices than the bigger companies with the same if not better quality of work. Thank you!!!!!"

"Contacted after foundation repair. Inspection found sewer line break under slab, tested and quoted price. Work began following week and continued through the following week due to weather (rain). Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again."
