"The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Daniel was responsive to my questions, and never changed any provided information, quote info., or did I ever feel he cut any corners with our project. Our quote was more than competitive that we were going to postpone a Garage mini-split installation. We asked for a quote to add the mini-split to existing quote, and were more than happy to award the both projects to JDR A/C & Heating. Daniel was not part of the team that installed our Central A/C & Mini-split, but his team of 3 were up to the task. Daniel return a day later to QC the entire project, for our approval, and payment. "My central AC unit went out. I called four different AC companies. Three were call centers that just made appointments. I talked to one technician but could not come out until five days away maybe. I called La Verge Air and talked to a technician. Said it would be later tonight and gave me a two hour window. Said it would be $69 unless a repair was made. I was kind of hesitant because of the cost at first. I decided to have him come out anyway. Very glad I did because he did show up at 8:30 at night. I was surprised that they work that late. Tony went right to the problem and turned the blower wheel by hand. Sure enough the blower motor was shot. He found out how much a new one cost quick on his phone. Nice! He told me the OEM price then said he might be able to get an aftermarket motor for less cost. I said yes go with the lesser cost one and same or close quality. He text me the next day and told me he found one and told me the price. I agreed with the price. He showed up later the same day that he texted and replaced the motor. The AC worked! I was surprised it still worked. Tony checked the outside compressor. He found two items that needed to be done. I put them off for later. La Verde Air did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing my air conditioner! I would highly recommend them. Much lower prices than the bigger companies with the same if not better quality of work.
