"<p>Unlike many plumbing problems, this was not an emergency but Bryco gave me quick appointment for two days after I called.  The crew chief, named Woody, and an assistant arrived on time and ready to work  Woody evaluated the site and briefed me on the work to be done.  He was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and obviously determined to do a good job.  He did not disappoint.   Early in the process he encountered an unexpected and unusual complication.  Without missing a beat, he took control of the situation and solved the problem with skill and professional efficiency.  He is to be commended for his technical knowledge and skill as well as his management ability in solving an unusual and stressful problem without leaving any undesirable consequences.  Additionally, the job was physically challenging because the site was cramped and hard to access .</p> <p>The previous installation was extremely old and was buried deeper than usual.  Woody fashioned a network of pipes and joints that overcame the deficiencies of the previous installation and resulted in a top notch job.  </p> <p>The finished product is technical sound and functional.  It took less time to complete than expected and at a fair price, especially considering the unusual challenges.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Woody's performance was outstanding and I thank Bryco for sending him on this job. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"That was an extensive job. There was work outside, there was trenching of my slab. Installation of numerous plumbing and gas outlets. They were first brought in by the general contractor, who I later fired, then I kept these guys, the plumbing part. They're great. The communication with the company was excellent. I was satisfied with the workers."

"Over-priced services. Confusing coupons and A-team system. A-team system ($225/year) translates into lots of inspections which inevitably uncover repairs needed.  Charges are calculated by looking in a book of set prices, regardless of the time spent on the work. An excessive list of recommendations for work to be done, such as: new water heater, new softener, and new filter dual media. We had a sewer backup which resolved itself, but the guys came out for free from Aramendia the next morning to inspect it and recommended a PRV (pressure reduction valve) at $675 and a camera inspection of the plumbing. They were not able to find our Cleanout Pipe outside the house that vents the plumbing. But I should know where that is. The next day we had an electrical inspection (recommended by the plumbers) and they uncovered the need for a new A/C seer 13, $6,909, plus warranty $432 plus commercial grill $365 and a 4 ton box coil $2491. Furnace changeout also recommended. Total recommendations for repairs: $10,872. I need a loan. Better yet, we decided to get out of the spiral of inspections and repairs. My house is not that bad, and all of this stuff works fine right now. <br /> <br />"

"A leak discovered in a bathroom drain pipe was repaired in 15 minutes!!! Discovered that the original pipe was not glued onto the PVC that drains thru the slab as there was no pipe extending above the concrete. The plumbers chipped away at the concrete, exposed the PVC pipe, glued the drain pipe from the sink to the PVC that goes into the slab and created the correct coupling. I love this company and the work they do. Highly recommend them. Will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs."

"Oh my gosh! Primo Plumbing was phenomenal! I was getting ready to go to a family outside dinner on Saturday evening and went to pull my blue jeans out of the dryer.
