"Team Enoch sent Jacob and Merick the next day to replace my old water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater. They were very kind, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived until exit. They communicated with me throughout to educate me on the process and future maintenance. I had a wonderful experience with Team Enoch from the initial call, financing this unexpected expense at an affordable cost, and the final install with excellent warranty coverages. Thank you all for making this a positive experience for me."

"Awesome! This is the second time I've called BCP. James checked my water heater for a possible leak and checked the igniter switch. He called the mfg to discuss the switch and to handle any warranty coverage. We learned that what we thought could be a problem wasn't a problem after all. Thank you so much James and Adam for going the extra mile. You're my permanent plumbing resource!"

"Legend Plumbing And Septic replaced my water heater on the same day that I called. They were communicative and efficient. Very fair price and prompt service. Would definitely use them again."

"

Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin, but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.

"He replaced it with a better quality part. Did not even suggesting replacing the water heater. Did tell me the cost of replacement when I asked him."

"They installed the new water heater quickly and efficiently."

"I would like to commend this company on how patient and understanding they were. I was being one of those pain customers because how long this process took and was without hot water for over a month. I was taking it out on these guys, but it was truly because of home warranty. After my claim was first declined , I gave the home warranty an ear full and got it approved. Fabtastic had our water heater installed the same day the water heater was ready for pickup. Due to the hassle and time it took to get this taken care of I dropped the home warranty company and now have our life time plumbing company, Fabtastic!"

"Could not have been happier. Quick to respond and coordinate a service visit. Forrest was very informative and professional. Repair diagnosed and completed very fast. Got the water heater back up to speed and saved me a lot of money compared to a total replacement. They warranty their work for a year."

"John explain in a clear manner what was needed to correct the leaking. Showed how the work was to be accomplished. A very pleasant experience."

"I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. I was watering my lawn one evening when I noticed that a portion of my brick wall was wet leaving a small puddle of water on the ground ( my bathroom shower is on the other side). I panicked. I did not know any plumbers and I'm afraid of being taken advantage off, so I joined Angie's List.I found Medina's Best Plumbing which is not far from my house. He was very professional and he explained the pausable causes of the leak, one being that he might have to break into the concrert floor, which would have been a very costly repair. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."
