Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin,but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.

Also, called and let me know there would be a delay due to other jobs taking more time than expected. Came over and gave an estimate. Picked up additional parts at the store and returned rapidly to complete the job. Completion of the job included making sure there would be little to no air pockets in the water lines in the house.
