"though I appreciate the emergency Saturday service call (cost 169.00), I thought the additional charge of 303.00 (450.00) for a diagnostic check and repair ( no parts necessary - just less than a hour of manpower) was a bit exorbitant. perhaps I failed to realize that heating/ac personnel are paid on the equivalent scale as neurosurgeons."

"Had difficulty getting quotes to replace water heater. Steve responded quickly, provided competitive pricing, did not try to upsell. Did not complicate simple replacement of old unit. Crew showed up on time. Installer, Antonio, was courteous and worked diligently to swap out tank in efficient manner. Total time was approximately 90 minutes. "Samuel was responsive, punctual and provided great service. My project involved installing a dishwasher and garbage disposal from scratch which meant removing an exisiting cabinet, installing new electric and plumbing lines along with a switch for the disposal.
