He immediately spent some time determining the source of the odor (most likely a dead rodent in the wall of a storage closet) in my house. He recommended a good exterminator to open walls and remove the offending rodent but also advised how I could do it myself easily (and much cheaper). Now I cannot say that this was due to the contractor since no other professional ever returned my calls and Atlas was the only price quote. It is possible that they would have been the cheapest, if I had anyone to compare them to. The representative was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very thorough. I am sure that the lab tests were responsible for most of the cost, but the results were ready the next day."
