"Dudley Services was recommended to us by the contractor who was installing a new HVAC system.  We needed to move asbestos wrapped pipes for our air return and, aside from calling Sam at Dudley, called a few other places for a quote.  Not only did Sam respond almost immediately, but he came by quickly, provided a written quote quickly and gave us schedule openings before any of the other companies had even gotten back to me – further his quote was the lowest received.  Sam walked us through the permitting and hazardous material process (we have young children, so this was important) and answered all of our questions and inquiries promptly, and usually within the hour.  Dudley called to confirm the night before our scheduled abatement, and the guys were there at 8am (as promised) the next morning.  The process was completed on schedule (2 days) and come in on budget (including the air test required by law for sign-off).   I would highly recommend Sam and Dudley to anyone thinking about getting asbestos abatement.
