Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! This was most likely due to the fact that my schedule prohibited me from meeting with them to show exactly what was to be removed. Dudley immediately recognized that I wasn't 100% happy and wanted to deduct the cost of replacing the extra duct work from the bill. Since I was having trouble with my other contractors though, I wasn't able to get a fair cost of the extra expense. Since Dudley did a good job themselves, I was happy just knowing they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied."
