I called Joyce Cooling & Heating and was told that they would have someone out that day, and that the Technician would call a half hour before arrival. Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! "This Company is terrific. When the damage to the chimney was found during the cleaning we were shown pictures which clearly showed the damage. We asked for an estimate and it was send quickly and was a very good price. The team showed up on time and not only were they professional they were very personable. When done they explained what was done and actually showed us what had been taken down so we could see how bad the old chimney had gotten. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
