The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. "First I would say setting the appointments was easy. I called on Monday, they had times available on Tuesday. It was very easy. In addition, I was sent an e-mail and called when each guy was on his way. The e-mail contained a picture of the repairman with a bio. I thought that was a great touch. The HVAC guy was great. He was on time, looked at what I was asking, quoted me a price ($120) and completed the work. It took him less than an hour. I thought the price was fair. I would rate the HVAC an A. The Plumber is really why they received an overall grade of a C. The Plumber was a very nice guy, there were no issues there. He arrived within the allotted time. He arrived and I showed him the dishwasher and disposal. Our dishwasher backs up from time to time where there is water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher after the cycle is done. We explained it doesn't happen often. We also had concerns with garbage disposal. He explained this happens from time to time with all dishwashers and that the disposal was fine (he said it was a top of the line disposal so very quiet - we didn't install the disposal - was there when we bought the house). I then asked him to tighten down a loose shower/bathtub knob. He said he fixed it the best he could, it was still a little loose. Then, after the "work" was complete - he said it was $220. Thank goodness there was a $30 Angie's List coupon! I was shocked, I didn't really know what to say. He never quoted me a price before any "work" was done, he was there for maybe 40 minutes (half of which he was chatting). He basically did nothing to the dishwasher/disposal and he didn't even fully fix the bathtub/shower. Looking back I wish I would have objected more to the price, shame on me! I guess I was in disbelief about the price? I would recommend B & D for HVAC but definitely NOT for plumbing. They are incredibly expensive. FYI, the person that booked the appointment said there was a $50 service fee but that would be a credit for any work done. The repair person was supposed to give a quote before any work was done. I feel somewhat taken advantage of."

I contacted them this morning, and by 3, I had a new water heater (and it was a difficult installation, let me tell you). Also Erik took the time to figure out the best and least expensive option. "After various and outrageous quotes from local plumbing companies, I hired Yuriy and his crew to install a new Rinnai tankless water heating system at hour house. The project included the install of the new unit at a different location in the basement and the conversion/hookup to the main natural gas pipe which was feeding our furnace. We previously had an electric water heating tank system that lasted 23 years. The removal of the old tank was included as well. He also did about 12 feet of old galvanized pipe replacement with copper piping and various shut off valves, wall anchors and a hookup to an existing humidifier. The final price was fair and the work was done beautifully and on time. Any issues during the project (minor stuff) were tackled quickly and efficiently. It was really a very nice experience. Yuriy and his crew were very knowledgeable and highly professional! in the end, we were very happy with the result and we're enjoying our on-demand, very efficient "

"Everything went well. When Branden checked out our old electrical system, he gave us four options for the work we wanted to have done. He explained each option and gave us an estimate for each one. We chose the most detailed and expensive option that involved much more work than just installing a new outlet. The work involved a new AFCI & GFCI combo breaker installation, installing a new circuit for a 15-20 amp or 115-240 outlet (with new breaker and new wire to new outlet location), medium junction box, and a new outlet.
