"Received prompt call after setup on Angi. Wagner HVAC did service call on AC unit had issue with fan motor not turning on. TEMP WAS 90 degrees plus in house. Diagnosed that fan motor ok. Found issue with new thermostat that was not wired correctly. Checked compressor for faults. Other providers actually quoted replacement. The price for the service call saved me thousands. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
