At 2018-09-06, Michael, Shaun and another guy showed up for the installation. I paid for an XV series Furnace, but the furnace they brought to my home is XR 16. I was told the internal is indeed a XV furnace, but the door is XR 16 door. They already showed up at my door, so I decided to accept it whether it is the wrong furnace or not. Michael, the sales man said that he will replace the wrong furnace door with a right furnace door. But after the installation, he never contacted me again. Shaun and the other guy did the installation, and they had really good attitude, and I appreciate that. Overall, the experience is not too bad. But the wrong door they installed always makes me suspect if they installed the right furnace that I paid for or not."
