Milltown was one of the only plumbing companies that actually returned my calls, and they were able to come out right away, which was great because it was almost October and was starting to get cold. They did an excellent job with all of the work, and I think the price was reasonable for what they did. They were punctual, clean, and professional. No complaints."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water. Milltown was able to hook up a temporary hot water tank so my family had access to heated water for showering, dishes, etc. Everyone I spoke to were genuinely concerned and could not have been more professional in their workmanship, cleanliness, and finished product. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish."
