AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"This has been an incredibly hard year for our family. I was out of work for quite a while, things had gotten behind, we had newly moved to the area, and then our AC went out...well more like burnt up wiring, etc, it was toast and was not big enough for the home even when it was working. EASCO came out and told us the problem, basically needed a new HVAC system. We tried getting financing and could not, I didn't know what to do.
