"Our experience was very positive. I dealt with Juan Vigil (by phone at office) and Oswald Hernandez (on-site). We had 50 year old siding removed and they replaced it with Hardie Board siding because of the new law for houses in the WUIF areas (it's fire resistant siding). GS are Hardie Board experts, and it was done very methodically and expertly. They brought in their own dumpster and PortaPotty for their crews. Every day, they cleaned up before leaving. The lights they had to remove to install the siding they replaced in a way that looked much better than before. I feel confident with this new siding! Well Done!"

"Once again, Gabriel and his crew did a great job! This summer a large tree fell on our old detached brick garage. When they came to replace the roof it was discovered that the garage was to severely compromised and it started to collapse. So they tore it down and did a complete rebuild in cinder block with a nice stucco finish to match our house. Poured a new floor, installed a new door and opener, and even replaced a wood fence that had been damaged. These guys can do it all. Done within a few weeks at a reasonable price. "Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite.
