He was not pushy. He has many years of experience doing plumbing and was straight forward. He said he would send an estimate on Friday that week, when he was in the office, and he did. Michael's requires half down before ordering the parts, and the remaining half upon completion of the job. Job went smoothly, Brandon showed up on time and ready to do the work that was needed. "We needed a new water heater so we called Art's Plumbing. They came out promptly, gave us an estimated price and within a few hours we had a new water heater. The plumber was courteous, did a good job, cleaned up after the job and hauled away the old water heater. While he was there we discussed putting in a gas line for a fire pit in the backyard and came back a few days later on the day that was scheduled to install the gas line. While he was putting in the gas line he suggested we put in an extra line for the barbecue which we did. The two plumbers were very helpful, did a great job and charged us the amount they quoted us, which I thought was very reasonable. I would use them again for any plumbing needs that I have."
