My wife, who has limited English proficiency, allowed him to do so. He had her phone for about a minute. When she received it back, the screen showed a "Thanks for the review" page from Google. My wife navigated back and discovered that Mr. Geng had left himself a five-star review from her phone. He included a comment that is attached in the accompanying photo. This action is a severe invasion of privacy and an act of impersonation. I immediately contacted Mr. Rooter to report the incident and spoke with a manager named Steve. He assured me he would look into the matter, make things right, and call me the following morning. I waited two weeks, calling him daily without a response. When he finally answered, his attitude was dismissive, and he seemed to have no intention of resolving the issue. The behavior of both the technician and the manager is deeply concerning.
