I would give them a "D" for that. installers were sloppy as well, nails all over the driveway and in pool as well as loose shingle pcs all over the place. Installers lacked supervision big time. Now overall did they do a good job....yes I believe so, it looks great and their 15 yr warranty is best in the industry. But very sloppy and again lacked supervision... I had to makes tons of phone calls to get answers. Home office needs to monitor the job better & keep homeowner in the loop on everything that is going on & not rely on one field supervisor as he is probably spread too thin. They also dented my garage door which I need to address with them."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Replaced parts in 2 toilets that kept running and a wax ring in 1 that was wobbly. Everything got done on the list in an efficient manner... and they even cleaned up after themselves!!!
