"Requested dead leaves removed from bird of paradise plants . t least 10 feet tall They butchered plants cut down to tall stalks. Gave a written quote then when complete, tried to charge 3x that amount. Unauthorized. Taking advantage of senior citizen. Also tore down spout gutter off house, said nothing about costing $200 for me to repair. Not trust worthy and sloppy careless work not listening to request and acting on their own. "
