"Coming from a first time home buyer, Mike was very informative on the steps to buying a home and had helpful contacts for everything I needed (i.e. loan provider, inspector, etc.). Mike also demonstrated his experience and knowledge in real estate throughout the process when answering questions about writing offers and what to look for in homes and he was willing to show us homes and work at inconvenient times to work with our schedule. I highly recommend Mike as a realtor and even though the homebuying process can be stressful and long he was also able to supply a few laughs along the way and get us into our first home in a reasonable amount of time especially given today's housing market."

"My husband I and used Mike M, Peter D, and the Guaranteed Rate team previously with our home purchase and refinance in Orange County, CA. They were great then and actually approached us with a way to refinance and save hundreds per month by doing so. We wouldn’t have known about the refinance opportunity otherwise. We knew we found a great team for all our mortgage needs from that point on. Mike, Peter, and his Guaranteed Rate were the natural choice when my husband and I decided to make a huge move from California to Florida. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, we called Guaranteed Rate.
