I was convinced and did not think further and gave a date and time to take up the job. The work was done today. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. The job was done in 4 hours. Plus he painted and caulked on all the newly worked area. I would highly recommend him.

"I called 4 companies, two showed up. The company from Palm Beach was pushy and very high pressure. Gulfstream was second and unbeleivably nice. They took there time with me and literally walk around my house and explained what they would do to every window and door on the house. He showed me samples, colors and different options. He wrote the estimate right then and there, sold me the job, pulled a building permit, sent a field engineer to my home to check everything, did the job, passed inspection and now I'm ready for what ever come my way. I could not be any happier."

"We got 4 quotes to do the work.  Brian's was the most reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done so we decided to take a chance and go with another contractor.  You can never have too many good ones right?
We needed the work done before Christmas so he was very accomodating in working us in with another project that he had going on at an apartment building.  I liked the fact that 95% of the work is done by Brian and he is always onsite.  He is very meticulous which also means he doesnt rush through it and makes sure it is done right.  If your looking for somone to rush through it and not care too much about the details, then Brian is not for you.  Brian purchased most of the supplies and gave me receipts to pay him excpet for the doors I purchased at a building store."
