"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Eddie was very knowledgeable and very thorough when checking out our AC system. We were impressed with his professionalism. It seems that we might have a small freon leak causing the system to over work, causing ice to form and water to puddle beneath the unit. He also needed to clear the clogged condensate drain line. He recharged the system with freon. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary, just repaired our problem. Our Carrier ACs are 16 years old so I'm certain we will be needing the services of Canoga Park Heating and Air in the future either for rpairs or replacements."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"We live in the desert and the temperatures are begin to rise indicating that indeed summer is on its way!  Friday night we came home to discover that our air conditioner was only blowing hot air through out the house.  We called Timo's and we were told that a technician would contact us shortly. Since it was 9:30 at night we did not expect a call back, but within 15 mins we received a phone call asking us if the technician could do the repairs the next day. "It was the day after the hottest day of the year so far so I expected to have trouble getting help. The office was very helpful in arranging an emergency call because without it we would have been without A/C until well into next week. JP called us shortly after our initial call and arrived when he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repairs as well as checking the levels of the refrigerant, which were pretty close to normal for both of our units. My only objection was the high standard cost of the repair of the panel on the unit. For the amount of time and the materials used, I thought it was much too high for the short time the repair took. I was happy to pay the additional amount for the emergency service, but the actual repair cost was high. For that reason alone, I would have to think about it before using them again."

"When Jim was 30 minutes late for the appointment, I called and he admitted he lost my information and wasn't able to call me.  He came within 30 minutes.  He accurately diagnosed the problem as cut water lines and fixed the problem  Additionally, he advised that the misting nozzles may be plugged.  He did not remove the plugged nozzles and I am unable to remove them myself to be able to replace them.  Therefore, the system is only partially functioning.  He also stated his real areas of expertise are heating and air conditioning, not misting systems.
