"OMG, WILL NEVER call another contractor for a bid in Window World's area of expertise! Last week, as I was coming home from vacation, in traffic near Chicago, I received a call wanting to schedule an install date. I agreed that the following Monday would be fine. Requested an expected arrival time. was told between 8 & 9 a.m. I HAD to leave at 9:45 a.m. and did so.No-one had arrived to start siding. I put it off to bad weather. Didn't arrive home until mid-afternoon Monday. I found my 3 story home stripped of the old steel & vinyl siding AND nearly completely clad in the new insulation! The man running the crew came to my door asking if there was somewhere safe he could leave their tools etc. I was able to give them half my garage. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am.Tues. Worked until 7 pm. NON-stop! Then on Wednesday LESS THAN 3 days from starting job!!!) This crew had COMPLETED the job & was cleaning up & reloading their truck! The field supervisor was dumbfounded! The head of the crew even taught him a couple of things about siding, to make the job better with NO extra cost to homeowner! THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST! Not only did you save us thousands of dollars, but I got a top notch crew out of it! Those men on the crew were such hard-workers and so polite! I am thankful, Window World of East Peoria, was able to access and use this crew! Shoot, I'd hire the crew again if they did more than siding!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"A tree branch fell on an outbuilding knocking off a wood burning stove chimney and damaging the cedar shake roof.  Mike was able to come out the next morning after I called to assess the damage.  He promised to be back that afternoon to start the repairs and he kept that promise.  This impressed me a great deal as it was a 30 minute drive each way.  He patiently explained what they were doing each step of the repairs.  At one point he ran into some unforseen difficulty which ended up causing the repairs to take much longer than expected, but at no point did he consider any shortcuts.  He insisted on doing only the best work even though this was only an outbuilding and no one would be looking at it.  It was getting late in the day, but Mike insisted on completing the work as the weather forecast called for rain the next day. The repairs ended up taking up to sunset, but the forecast was correct as the next day it rained a lot.  Mike called me that day to make sure that there wasn't any leaks.  Agape is a great company They perform only excellent work and they stand by their work.  I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing needs..
