"There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon."

"1st response reached out with an e-mail and asked for specific information as well as pictures so they could come prepared. They were sent pictures and told that the current water heater needing replacement was a 48 gallon 52" water heater so we needed to go with a shorter, 50" model. When the installer arrived he had the tall skinny model. Despite sending them pictures and specifics it doesn't appear the installer was able to review that information because he arrived with a tall, skinny model which didn't fit. He provided information which did not completely match what the owner described but we quickly came to a price for the model we currently have and they rescheduled and did a great job with the install. All new lines, expansion tank, connectors, etc."

Akers bid was way lower than the other company s, and I was confident they would do the best job. This is the first big home repair I ve had to handle since my husband went into a nursing home, and I am confident they did the job right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They replaced the entire line of my 100 year old house in about 4 hours with a great crew. This is a family business, and I would recommend Akers to anyone with outdoor plumbing needs."
