"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Paul did excellent work on replacing our pressure tank. Also, redid plumbing pipes by water heater."

"We originally hired Randy’s in 2019 to perform an unexpected and very costly whole house rewire project to replace aluminum wire in a house we had recently purchased. Over the course of two weeks Jerakiah, our assigned electrician, and his team from Randy’s turned what could have been a tedious nightmare into a painless customer service experience. Since that time we have had to have Randy’s out a couple of time for follow-up warranty work and their responsiveness was speedy, the encounters were painless, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Tom, the project manager during our most recent encounter, was true to his word. He was attentive and responsive to our concerns, and performed above and beyond the call of duty representing our needs and interests with their vendors. Jerakiah and crew were, once again, excellent in their competence and pleasant manner. Overall, their service after the sale has been stellar. Randy’s Electric is not inexpensive but you will get the value, peace of mind, and responsiveness many contractors tout, but few actually deliver these days. Randy’s does all that and more. As such, we would not hesitate use Randy’s Electric in the future, or recommend them to anyone in need of a first class electrical contractor."

"Customer service was excellent, technician acted in a professional manner, but the water is cloudy. Will need a return visit."

"So this was the first major home repair/upgrade that we've had done. Not only was the estimator Nate courteous, friendly, and considerate, so were the installers Greg and Josh. Our 50 gallon water heater had gone out after 7 years of use and we were looking to upgrade to a tankless system. Being that we were on a budget and in need of making the crucial decision whether to keep the tank or go tankless, my wife and I had a total of three companies look at the job. McQuillan Brothers we're not only able to provide us with the most reasonable pricing they also did not provide anything less than exceptional workmanship and quality. Greg & Josh if you get a chance to read this I want to personally thank both of you for your friendly disposition, knowledge, and personal attention to detail on every aspect of the job. I learned a lot as well. I will most definitely be asking for services from this company again!"

"Excellent service! They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away. My drains are running perfectly again. Highly recommend!"

"Here is the revised version: Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the repair was completed with care and attention to detail. I appreciate a company that shows up on time, explains the work clearly, and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs to anyone needing plumbing service or repairs."

"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was given a quote over the phone and when Sebastian arrived the price was as they quoted me. He was very professional and informative. He took out my old water heater and replaced it with the new in about two hours."

"The Water Heater People gave me the best quote and warranty out of 5 businesses. They came out the same day, were very professional and no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I would highly recommend their service."

"The plumber was on time for this job and explained what needed to be done. He gave me several options about dealing with the leaky valve because he was able to tighten it so it wouldn't leak; however it was old and would likely need to be replaced sooner rather than later. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. I have also used these plumbers for a new water heater, replacing a toilet, and twice for repairs of leaking situations."
