I wanted to have this company do the project but the representative wanted 10% to be paid up front which was not on the proposal. I decided to go with another company who didn't require any payment until the job was completed. I will say this company seemed to be a good company and Shane was very knowledgeable and appears to have a good product."

Plus they adjusted and verified that the other sprinkler heads were functioning and covering the areas that needed watering. Earl and his wife did an outstanding job for us, they were very timely in responding to my request and completed our project in record time. Their price was extremely fair and they completed our project the same day as they gave us the estimate (on a Sunday, no less). We will definitely hire them again and we did... "I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again."
