"After a manufacturer defective water heater was initially installed, Conn Ect Plumbing replaced it with another one that does exactly what a water heater is supposed to do, not make noise or leak. Alton came out and was extremely apologetic for the original one (not the company's fault) and installed the new water heater. He is extremely professional and my dogs loved him"

"Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices. Abbey from the office was also very friendly and quick to send me a written estimate. There were no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they said it would be. Nick's friendliness and professionalism was icing on the cake."

"We just purchased the house and he came out and did quite a bit of work for us. He replaced the water heater and cleaned the sewer line. There were quite a bit of tree roots and he cleared them out. He did several other small jobs; fixed our shower, snaked both toilets because they were always getting clogged but he was able to clear them out. He was very affordable out of all the quotes we got. We will continue to hire him as our go to plumber. He made it a very easy process."
